The outdoor rooftop infinity pool is open all year and free for guests, with pool towels, loungers and a hot tub overlooking the sea. Stay active in the fitness centre, or arrange bike tours, cycling, mini golf, bowling and rounds at golf courses within 3 km through the tour desk. Free Wifi is available in all areas, and free public parking is available on site with no reservation needed, including accessible parking.

The 24-hour front desk offers express and private check-in and check-out, concierge, baggage storage, currency exchange, car rental and a complimentary airport shuttle on a scheduled basis. Daily housekeeping is included, while laundry, dry cleaning, ironing and suit press services are available for a fee. Business guests can use the business centre, fax and photocopying and indoor and outdoor meeting and banquet venues. A convenience store, vending machines, elevators to all floors and 24-hour security with key card access complete the stay. Staff speak English, Malay, Filipino and Chinese.

Accessibility features include wheelchair access throughout, upper floors reachable by elevator, lowered sinks, raised toilets, toilets with grab rails and bathroom emergency cords.

House policies

Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out until 12:00 PM. The minimum check-in age is 18 and a valid physical passport or NRIC is required, together with a credit card. Children of all ages are welcome; children 13 and above are charged as adults. Cribs for children aged 0 to 2 are free on request, and extra beds for guests 13 and above cost S$ 83.93 per person per night, subject to availability. Pets are not allowed and cash is not accepted. Different policies may apply when booking 5 rooms or more.
